Has anyone else had a delivery problem? my USPS tracking number says my pack 4 was delivered 9 days ago and I never actually received the item. I have called the Paizo customer service number but it keeps hanging up when I select customer service.
If someone else has had a problem of not getting a pack I would like to know what steps you took to get what you paid for. Thank you.
I've had issues with USPS before in regards to their tracking being horribly inaccurate, and their carriers being less than adequate.
Most notably when I ordered an adventure deck from Amazon. It was sent using FedEx Smartpost which is FedEx from Amazon warehouse to your local USPS distribution center, and then via the USPS for final delivery to the house. The package sat in my local post office for 3-5 days undelivered for no discernibly good reason I could detect.
I have that same problem with Smartpost, repeatedly. For me, it gets to the Post Office one town away from me and sits there for a few days before that post office delivers it to my local post office. One time, I called to find out what the hold up was and I was told that the carrier had tried to deliver it to the post office at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, but that the post office was closed. Not sure how that happens.
The crazy thing is, there is an Amazon warehouse in my town, so if it ships from there it ships by USPS and I get it the next day.
Anyway, every time I called to nicely complain to Amazon, they said sorry and extended my Prime membership for a month (usually they didn't meet the guaranteed deadline), which was nice. This last time, I actually wrote about how I think Amazon should stop using that service. They said they would investigate my complaint, but that they would also set my account to never ship via Smartpost again, ever.
Back to Paizo, their customer service has been great in my experience, I'm surprised about the disconnect when you are calling. Try sending them an email or calling them later I'm sure they will work it out for you.
I agree about the customer service here at Paizo, they have been great any other time I have called.
I really want to play the 4th adventure pack.
