My players spent last session builing up their kingdom. Here's the map: http://tkingmaker.comze.com/kingmaker/Stolen-Lands.html
(you can click on individual towns to see the maps of them).
Who else has maps of their kingdoms!
We, of course have been using the Ultimate Campaign rules for the kingdom.

I used photoshop to make it up, a white layer for the fog of war that I erase as we go. I made the icons from the Kingmaker books. It all a bunch of layers. Then I made a couple slices for the links.
These are all things I know how to do (I'm a graphic designer and web developer by trade).
Though...I can't seem to get the link to work.

My links? Or your own?
I did update the map after yesterday's session(and reduced the size on the whole thing, was a bit too big), in which the explored some more and did a single phase of the kingdom, which created the 3rd settlement.
I'm nowhere near a photoshop expert, I know how to do a few things with it. I might be able to help, not sure what you mean though.

How did you get the icons from the books? That is a stellar map by the way!
You can open a PDF of the adventure path in Photoshop and manually select each map icon and export it as its own .png document.
OR...
You can just use mine.
EDIT: If this goes against the copyright policy of the boards, let me know.

This is the Newhaven wiki. There is a main map, as well as maps / plans for the most of the cities and villages.

For some reason, I couldn't get them as seperate pieces, so I just screen shotted them and did it that way.

Iomrall as of the end of The Varnhold Vanishing
Grey borders contain currently-claimed hexes. Capital is Dun Raige ("Fort Stubbornness"). Tatzylford, Gildgate, Duskgrove, Varnhold, and Harse are cities. Rannulf's Lands, Kobold Underroads, and Agapios Hive are Vassalhoods, as will the Nomienn (Nomen) shortly. And as you can see I imported some stuff from A History of Ashes for my VV chapter.

If you download the file to your hard drive and open it to 100%, it is positively HUGE.
I even went so far as to research and purchase the font used on the map (P22ParrishRoman) for $25 so I can match the fonts with our own kingdom and settlement names.
And just for kicks, here's some of our kingdom heraldry that I illustrated.
Left to Right: Thunder Lizard Brigade (colossal kobold army), Caerulus's official seal and militia standard, Caerulus' spy network (rarely used in the open)
I love being a graphic designer. :D

Here's Greenland as of June 2014 (we've just started Varnhold Vanishing).
Blue is the country, red is explored, regular map is not explored as yet.
The hex icons should be pretty straightforward, as well as indicators for special hex features (so if you are playing this AP and have not gotten to Varnhold yet, this map could contain spoilers ... be forewarned before clicking the link).
