Monster, the darkhound

Homebrew and House Rules

I've been lurking here for a while, but this is my first time posting.

A have never made a monster before, and I have some trouble figuring out if this could be considered balanced or not. Is the poison to good? I tried balancing it by giving it lower damage, but I´m not sure if it works or not.

Description
A silent and patient hunter, the darkhound has adapted well to the harsh environment of the Darklands. Darkhounds prefer to attack their prey from ambush, using their poison to weaken it. They are more intelligent then their appearance might suggest and often plan their attacks carefully, sometimes following their prey for days or even weeks before striking. Some scholars believe them to be descendants of the noble hunting dogs that the Azlanti brought with them as they fled underground to escape the Earthfall.

I also drew a picture. of how I imagined it would look, though I´m not much of an artist

Nice monster. The poison might be to strong. But it's the main thing with this monster so i don't know. If the low con person is hit it's probably dead or almost dead.

You might want to remove the 2 consecutive saves thing.
