Long story short my dad gave me a new samsung galaxy tablet. If the thing would function as designed I'd rather like it. However, a couple days ago it started malfunctioning.
Basically it won't go past the samsung screen.
I tried a hard reboot and it still won't work.
I just want the thing to work. Any thoughts?
If your device is still in warranty, I'd suggest getting it sent in to be fixed.
I went to this page and they pretty much did what you did and the suggestion was to send it back for repairs.
There was a 2011 page that involved battery life and if the samsung device got below 30% with the specific OS would make it hang.
I think I'll just return it. It's just not worth the trouble. Thanks though.
