Howdy and sorry to bother you once again but...

While placing this order, it sort of skipped the whole choose payment step and went directly to "thank you for your order."

I had intended to not use store credit on this and use the ksthanks code, but never got a chance to.

Would it be possible to fix that or is it already too late since this is a PDF order?

If you'd like I can still charge your card and refund the store credit you'll need to email customer.service@paizo.com with the last 4 digits of the card you'd like to use. The ksthanks code doesn't start until February 1st, but if you haven't used your Holiday13 code, I can still use that, just let me know.

I already used the holiday13 code so that's a brainfart on my part for the ksthanks code.
