I want to make a spellcaster who specializes in spells that are generally considered broken or overpowered by most.
Things like blood money, emergency force sphere, and paragon surge.
Please help me brainstorm a good list of options. (No third party options please.)
Simulacrum. Planar ally.
Obviously half-elf.
I would think summoner might be nice, BUT they dont get blood money.
Hmm... I would probably go for sorcerer, since it is the one that benefits most from paragon surge.
