I've check the tracking on your order. It definitely seems like it should have arrived by now. It looks like it made it to a post office near you on January 21st, then the tracking information got dropped.
Severe winter weather and snow has been delaying some of our January and February shipments. Since it has been so long, I would recommend checking with your local post office to see if they are holding it for you. There's also still a chance it could still show up and just got delayed somewhere because of snow.
That said, since we don't want you to worry about your book, I have set up a replacement copy in your sidecart to ship with your next subscription shipment. In the meantime, if the original order shows up, let us know.

Unfortunately the local PO has said that it can't check without a tracking number, and to check with UPS for a cross reference. When I called UPS I was told that neither the package is nor the sequence number were sufficient information to look up the package's tracking, and was told it needed to be "1Z" 18 character code.
Is there any way to find the tracking number used?

Unfortunately, the package ID and sequence number are the only numbers we have available from our mail processing service. Don't worry too much about trying to track it down at this point. I'll leave the replacement book in your sidecart for your next subscription shipment.

As a follow-up, I did manage to track down the missing package, which was misdelivered. I am not sure whether or not the replacement AP volume is still set aside or not; I did get my latest subscription, though it contained a Beginner's Box Transition Guide instead of the AP volume, so I am not sure if Paizo has anything flagged or had anything misflagged.
Everything is good on my end. Thanks to Paizo for helping me track down the package.

Just to verify everything: you did successfully receive order 2972486 from January? So you have book #77?
The Beginner's Box Transition Guide looks like a mis-shipped item.
You February subscription shipment should include, or have included, AP #78 and the Wrath of the Righteous Map Folio. Have you receive that shipment or are you still waiting for it?
The replacement for #77 is set up to ship with the March subscription shipment.
