So, I believe that the Goblin is, BY FAR, the possibly most stealthy race ever. So I'm building a Goblin stealthmaster. What class do I believe is best? ThE INQUISITOR! SO here's the build.
Race: GOBLIN!
Class: INQUISITOR! (heretic archetype, heresy inquisition)
Stats (20 pts):
Str: 9 Dex: 20 Con: 14 Int: 10 Wis: 16 Cha: 5
Traits: Color Thief, Fate's Favored;
Feats:
1 Weapon Finesse
2
3 Dervish Dance OR ?, Stealth Synergy
4
5 Skill Focus (stealth)
6 Lookout
7 Hellcat Stealth
8
9 Dampen Presence, Escape Route
10
11 Conceal scent
With all this, this guy should be undetectable. Unspotable through truesight, blindsense, scent, or any other way. Let's tally up:
-Dex & Wis to stealth. Obviously, dex will be boosted normaly, and wis mainly through items. At level 1, 5+3=+8 from stats alone (LOVE the heretic inquisitor's lore of escape). At level 10, an extra +1 to dex (since everything goes to dex).
Add in ranks, and by level 10 it will have +13.
Now, the goblin is small, and gets +4 for size and +4 for being sneaky. Color thief gives another +2.
The skill focus gives +6 at 10 ranks. So at level 10, the total (before items) is:
+13 (ranks)+6 (sf) +8 (race) +2 (trait) +9 (stats)=+38
If I add in items...
1) Cloak of elevenkind/shadow armor: +5 competence, cheap to boost to +10
2) Belt of dex & headband of wisdom (easily a +2 to +4 by level 10)
+48-52... really awesome at level 10.
If I add in "stealth synergy", I also add my allies stealth boni (if I understand the feat & solo tactics properly).
I though it made an interesting build idea. I was wondering if anybody had any more ideas to make this silly "goblin stealthmaster".

Yeah, just fly. You could do a similar build as a Sylph, though you do lose out on some bonus, I won't deny. It's +2 dex instead of +4, and you're medium instead of small. However, an alternate racial trait can give you the +4 racial to stealth, and you can be adopted for Color Thief. If you can spare two feats, you can get a fly speed with Wings of Air.
They also have a stealth bonus as their favored class Inquisitor option, though only when standing still.
