[PCGen] Trouble with Eidolon Evolution Requirments

Can anyone help me out with a PCGen problem I'm having?

I'm attempting to create a level 7 summoner and for some reason several of the eidolon evolutions appear to have requirements I can't find any reference for and I'm not even sure I understand.

For example, based on my reading of the APG an eidolon can be "Large" for 4 points with no level requirement but in PCGen it's prohibited for my character because "var: MasterLevel at least 8". I have no clue what that means.

If it means I need to be level 8 to have the evolution, then it seems like a bug because there's no reference to any level requirement for Large in the APG. This isn't just related to Large though... several other evolutions appear to have similar requirements that I also can't find references for.

Can anyone explain this?

You must indeed be 8th level before you can take that evolution. The why's and how's of Herolab will have to be explained by someone else.
