Building rick and Morty for iron gods

Here's the down low jack I can do a good rick impression and a friend of mine can do a good morty. Were about to play iron gods. So we thought "Tech adventure! Funny voices! PATHFINDER! HECK YEA!

So we got some ideas on how to do it but we want to hear yours.

Maybe do some combination where the Rick is a mage and the Morty is his bodyguard?

Maybe something a Human Wizard and a Halfling Monk or Cavalier?

Rick being a caster was something that we considered. Morty being a halfling seems a little extrem for me. I mean he isn't THAT young. Our current idea is rick being a drunken master (possobly sensei) monk. Morty we are admitadly having a little trouble with.

Rick could be a conjurer wizard (teleporting/plane shifting and summoning Mr. Meeseeks) with the Technomancer PrC. Definitely maxed ranks in Bluff with either the Student of Philosophy or Fast-Talker traits (or both).

Not sure about Morty or Bird Person.

Based on the The Wedding Squanchers episode, Squanchy could be Small catfolk or fanglord barbarian or an alchemist with mutagen.

Edit 1:

Instead of technomancer, perhaps an alcohol-based version of the bloodmage PrC for Rick? Alchemist works thematically, but would be weak for summoning or dimensional travel.

Edit 2: Maybe Morty could be a summoner with a melee-optimized Morty Jr. (Raising Gazorpazorp) eidolon? Or a synthesist summoner with battlesuit (Look Who's Purging Now) eidolon?

We are trying not to go into full casters as rick and Morty do a lot of brawling and shooting. Drunken master let's us do these things with rick right outa the gate. Morty is hard because he doesn't really have any defining features other than when rick gives him something to do.

Summoner is banned at our table in all of its forms otherwise that would have Ben my go to answer as well. Bird person and squanche may be played by 2 of our other friends if we can convince them to watch the show and they will most likely be doing something akin to what you are suggesting.

Hmm, Morty seems to be a sidekick of sorts which sort of class-types him into bard in my mind. Some kind of bard. I don't know what I"m thinking, just throwing things at a board.

Bard is actually an option I over looked... Perhaps Morty could be a bardbarian? Skald even?

I have been trying to figure out how to create Rick Sanchez, but it's nearly impossible. Conjurer wizard teleportation subschool is probably the closest. But I am a bit of a stickler meeseeks and it was never quite what I wanted. But he has to be a caster, probably an arcane one. You can flavor it however you want, but wizard is really the best fit.

Morty is almost impossible to do as well. I mean what class can turn into a car? Weirdly I kind of think cleric or oracle works best for Morty, but those are kind of weak too. Maybe evangelist? An archaeologist bard for luck? I mean he seems to get in a lot of trouble, but the fact that he's still alive is amazing.

However, Jerry is very easy to make. You can make a ton of Jerrys, maybe create a Jerryboree?

As for Summer, you should probably just keep Summer safe, not keep Summer being like totally stoked about like the general vibe and stuff. That's how she talks.
