I don't know that the thread is necessarily absurd considering that I do have one of these sorcerers, and it is active in Society play right now. Mind you it's only level 5, but it was able to blast holes through a CR14 creature that the party was not supposed to defeat without a special form of help. Being able to cast all fire evocation spells at two levels higher than normal pays off pretty good. Character is a gnomish crossblood sorcerer with the pyromaniac trait and varisian tattoo.
It honestly doesn't take much to make spellcasters that absolutely decimate things the party would not otherwise be able to put a dent in.

Radiant Charge

Enlarged = 20 str x 1.5, + 2H power attack, + d6 swarm eating elemental energy, + 2 freebooter at will bane move action thingy, with a large bastard sword enlarged and with lead blades cast and vital striking is a mere 8d8 base damage.

All these WILL hit, and apart from the paladin can be done for all combats in most situations. Their not situational or contingent on SR or energy immunity or even trading full attacks.
As has been mentioned level 7 is a weak level for martials so other classes might seem stronger when compared at this level and ignoring hit chance, opportunity cost and set up cost.

20d6, for a maximum of 120 damage. Only requires falling damage.
Of course, I probably would have to grab them and jump... but it would still be one hit!
Did that with a half elven barbarian (hurler) 2/ ragechemist 5 with a houserule that lets cannonballs count as ammunition for the explosive missile discovery and several ways to increase my throwing range two handed with a cannonball. And it was delightful and I'm not allowed to do it again no matter how much fun it was playing the hulk on a temper tantrum with easy access to explosives.
I think the max damage might be a cavalier (gendarme) archetype. 18 str for +6 power attack for +6 (two handing a lance) + 7 for challenge +2 (order of the cockatrice challenge ability) now wrap that up, multiply it by 3 and then of course the lance which normally hits for 1d10 (heavy lance) for 3d10+63 for an average damage of 79.5 after all the OP did say no magic items or buffs.

I might be wrong in some places: quickly rushed through this character creation.
*In my games, I rule that added strength bonuses that add 50% to damage do not multiply (+50% + 50% = + 100%; not +125%).
