I had a look at my bank statement for the 17th(Australian time) and saw two charges for the same amount. I also have a pending order from October and was wondering if they could be related.

What you are more than likely seeing on your account are authorizations. We authorize your payment method before we submit your order, but do not charge your card until your product ships (or is downloadable in the case of PDFs). An authorization is a notification to your bank that we intend to charge a certain amount in the near future; how your bank chooses to display an authorization is up to them. We provide your bank with all of the necessary information needed to line-up an authorization with its charge, however sometimes it can take a bank a few business days to line these up.
If you could provide us with some more information, such as the charge amount, or an order number that the charge matches-up to, I would be happy to investigate this further, and see if this is indeed the case.
Your October order had a display issue regarding one of its items. I have corrected the issue on this order, and it should now be displaying correctly.
