Ok back on track, minus the vehicles a lvl 20 trapper ranger would have enough money to cover what batman carries with him on a normal day, albeit low tech versions of them,
I'd make an urban trapper ranger 10/sleepless detective 10
If gestalt I'd make an urban trapper 20/ninja 5/monk (master of many styles) or brawler 4/shadow dancer 1/sleepless detective 10
Get a pair of ghost touching (possibly undead bane phase locking) cestui or spiked gauntlets (aka his "nth metal knuckles" as seen whenever he fights ghosts like the gentleman ghost)
Between your traps and some shurikins you have the bat-o-rangs (ask the DM if you can add your traps to the batorangs instead of arrows) make several of them out of different materials maybe a few flaming returning ones
Take a wolf animal companion (ace the bat hound)
Get some blade boots enchanted, possibly as boots of elven kind (it's a very bat man thing to own)
Grab a grappling hook, or three
At least two spring loaded wrist sheaths if you can get your DM to agree to it make them as miniature bags of holding so they can each hold 5-10 items stuff like acid, antitoxin, alchemists fire, a blade of some sort etc the belt would work the same way but better
Your armor is probably enchanted studded leather, maybe +3 light fortification greater shadow possibly made out of dragon leather
Rich parents trait, noble heritage (local) feat for extra monies if nessairy
Quick draw is a must as is improved improvised and catch off guard and hte dirty trick feat
A doctor's mask enchanted with remove poison, cure disease and air bubble
Cape of the bat would be thematic and appropriate make it out of the cape thing that let's you glide
Get several ranks in craft (alchemy) diplomacy (gather information), slight of hand, auto hypnosis, and every knowledge skill
Max out intimadate, perception, stealth,
sense motive and know (local)
