It's complicated to code and—as you pointed out—to explain, and it affects a relatively small number of people; as long as both of those things are true, just dealing with it via customer service is probably best.

Would it be possible to include replacement cards for errata in RotR in the new set? I know this is largely a function of room on the printing plates (since they are the expensive parts), but just wondering. If not, have you made any progress in deciding how to handle the errata?

Some of the cards (Blessings of the Gods is a big one) will appear in the new set, but we won't be putting them all there (and the ones we do put there will have the Skull & Shackles logo instead of the Runelords logo).

I'm still working with DriveThru on color-matching PoD decks.

I'm pretty disappointed to hear that 3 characters in the new base set and one in the add-on AREN'T new. I would figure a new base set would mean all new heroes. I love the game and can't wait for the next base set, but can't help but feel a cheated on the doubling of characters. If people want the repeated people, they should have to buy the first base set and/or addon set like the rest of us.

The repeated characters are repeated names and class, but not exactly the same skills, powers and roles. So even though he'll be a Fighter named Valeros, RotR Valeros and S&S Valeros will be different from each other.
