Price per book is the same. But mailing costs is 5 US$ per issue (1 US$ more than what our American friends pay).

I have subscribed and would wish you every success in this new venture. I shall miss Dragon and Dungeon findng them excellent value for money and a high quality procuct; but am very much looking forward to Pathfinder.
I will gloss over the obvious question about how do I find time to play all the 'goodness' about to be offered and would like to ask a more mundane question:
When I subscribed I was offered 3 variant shipping options and all were $5. Are they all the same? if not what are the differences please?

I can't find anything about this. Month-to-month to europe, what's the price? Also $13.99? Also, the transition option said I could have 5 free issues, does this also count for me, a Dragon and Dungeon subscriber from The Netherlands?
The month-to-month offer is available worldwide; as pointed out above, only the shipping cost is slightly higher.
The transition page "knows" who you are and where you live, so you can definitely take advantage of the offer presented to you there.

They are all the same—we have some behind-the-scenes work yet to do on the Pathfinder shipping options, so the current display isn't ideal, but the price is correct.
