Both Dungeon #150 and Dragon #359 haven't arrived at this point. I live in The Netherlands. Can I still expect these or has something gone wrong?

I can't find anything about this. Month-to-month to europe, what's the price? Also $13.99? Also, the transition option said I could have 5 free issues, does this also count for me, a Dragon and Dungeon subscriber from The Netherlands?

And exactly why doesn't Paizo continue to produce Dragon & Dungeon magazine, without support from WotC but with a licence? I mean, the only reason would be that the magazines aren't making profit, right?
