There are several problems with the "buttons".
Ivory Sanctum map - Click Players view and the button disappears.
Page 2 - map j, map m, etc. - Click on Players view and the Players button and DM button stack on the Players view button.

I've checked out the file and can see what's causing the issue. I'll see if I can get this fixed before next week. An email will be generated automatically once this file gets updated.

I download mine today and i am having the same issues.
EDIT: In addition they don't dissapear all the time, at least in page 3 (maps J, M, K, H, L and G), the status of the "GM View" button affects the dissapearance of the same button when you select "Player View".
If you want i can try to find all possible combinations and their results.
