PFS Legal or not?

I recently came into trading for a dhamphir and was wondering are any of the "Blood Feats" Blood Drinker,Blood Feaster,Blood Salvage. PFS legal feats. I am unsure how to find out if they are PFS legal. With the exception of http://www.archivesofnethys.com/ which states they are not. Is there any way of confirming it?

If you check the additional resources page, you can see the line: "all dhampir feats except Blood Drinker, Blood Feaster, Blood Salvage, and Diverse Palate are legal for play."

It's unfortunate that even if you're lucky enough to get a boon to play a dhampir, you can't do any dhampir things (drink blood!). Lame.
