I'm not really sure if I can word all of this without the subject matter getting too confusing but I will try.
I'm planning on making a Ranger (Guide)/Rogue/Horizon Walker for my next character and I'm wondering, if I take the Rogue Talent: Favored Terrain, will it count as a favored terrain for my Guide's Terrain Bond ability?
Another question, if I gain a new favored terrain from Horizon Walker, could I increase one of my Favored Terrains gained through the rogue talent?
One last thing. The Horizon Walker counts his Favored Terrain bonus as a Favored Enemy bonus against creatures native to his Favored Terrain. Would I gain this bonus on Favored Terrains gained through Rogue Talents?
Thanks guys!

1) Does your favored terrain from the rogue talent count as a favored terrain for a Ranger(Guide)'s Terrain Bond ability?
Effectively the question is does a class ability from one class give bonuses to another classes abilities if the abilities in question have the same name? I would say yes. Though in this case the Horizon Walkers Favored Terrain ability specifically spells it out.
2) If you gain a new favored terrain from Horizon Walker, could you increase one of the Favored Terrains gained through the rogue talent?
Favored Terrain: At 1st level, a horizon walker may select a favored terrain from the ranger Favored Terrains table (Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook 65). This works exactly like the ranger favored terrain ability. The horizon walker gains an additional favored terrain at 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and 10th level, and he can increase the bonus from an existing favored terrain as described in the ranger ability. If the horizon walker has abilities from other classes that only work in a favored terrain (such as a ranger's camouflage and hide in plain sight abilities), those abilities work in favored terrains selected as a horizon walker.
Sounds like you can.
3) This last question starts with an incorrect statement. The Horizon Walker only uses his Favored Terrain as a Favored Enemy bonus for the terrain he has chosen for his Terrain Dominance ability. Terrain Dominance can only be chosen for one of the domains that he has chosen for his Terrain Mastery ability. I would allow selecting the rogue favored terrain to be mastered.
