Welcome aboard..
On Herolab you can select up Pathfinder Society settings in 'Configure Hero'.
Just remember a few things:
1. You can't use the Herolab data packages as a source, you have to have the actual source from paizo (dead tree or pdf)
2. It's not 100% factually correct. Check against your sources.
But it is very helpful.

Don't forget to get a copy of the free Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play, currently v6.0, as that will answer a lot of your questions on building a PFS PC, including point buy, starting gold, allowed races, classes, alignments, and traits.

Seconding what Thomas said.
I also recommend getting the free custom packages from the Hero Lab Community Repository. Shadow Chemosh's adjustment packages will let you work around any bug you find.
And be sure to turn in any bugs to Lone Wolf.

I will also say all the handwritten character sheets are not 100 per cent accurate either ;-)
Hero lab faults are not as numerous as some suggest and most come from user error. I have found it very easy to add effects to a character not so easy to remember to take them off again presence of haste on a character is glaringly obvious bless or sickened less so
Out of the box it does not do wild shaped Druids that easily and I have found it adds precision damage to both weapons of a dual wielding swashbuckler.
But other errors I have found have been my wonky understanding of the rules
