Once per round while using Crane Style, when you have at least one hand free and are either fighting defensively or using the total defense action, you can deflect one melee weapon attack that would normally hit you. You expend no action to deflect the attack, but you must be aware of it and not flat-footed. An attack so deflected deals no damage to you.
Is a natural claw attack considered a melee weapon attack?

Yes, a natural claw attack is a type of melee weapon attack and can be deflected by Crane Wing. Sean K Reynolds said so in this thread.

As a balance note for GM's though-natural attacking creatures are still the bane of Crane style builds.
Typically, someone using crane wing will be facing off against an opponent wielding a single weapon, typically two handed (common and simple style, especially since most weapons are either one or two handed). Crane wing can take out the highest BAB attack, since that is the one most likely to hit, and thus it practically sends the opponent's BAB down by 5.
But with the claw attack above, there will be a second claw attack in just a second that is just as likely to hit. And after that there might be a bite, sting, and gore waiting. Crane wing decreases the potential damage, sure, but not by as much.
A similar problem occurs when it faces against TWF builds too, and even against opponents with haste cast on them. Any of these options allows you to deal with a crane style user without either banning the style or sending a small army against a single player.
