Is this a decently feasible theme/race/class combo? I am thinking my backstory is a crazy Android fashion designer... In the Goblin Style!
The stats would be Str 8 dex 16 con 10 Int 18 wis 10 cha 11 at level one.
LVL 1 Mechanic
Class Skills
Culture 1 (4) Athletics
Computers 1 (9) Engineering 1 (11)
Medicine Perception 1 (4)
Physical Science 1 (8) Piloting 1 (7)
Profession
Non Class
Stealth 1 (6) Survival 1 (3)
6 Stamina 8 HP
Feat Imp. Initiative OR Spell Bane
Equip: Second Skin, Survival Knife, Semi Auto Pistol
Drone: Mister Tickles
Speed 40 walk 20 climb
Str 12 Dex 14 Con - Int 6 Wis 10 Cha 10
Chassis: Stealth
10HP, 10 EAC 12 KAC
Skill: Stealth, Computer (if able to wireless hack) or Perception
Feat: Skill Synergy (Stealth. computer/perception) +2 insight to skills
Mods: (Initial) Reflective Coat, Weapon mount (Semi-Auto Pistol), Climb claws. (Level 1) Camera OR Manipulator Arms
Please let me know! :D I didn't see a star finder tab on here so please lemme know if there is one.
Also... I am unsure if I should take Soldier at 2nd level or delay it until level 4. I would be only taking 1 level for the Blitz style for +4 initiative and 10 ft in speed.

Honestly, if you want to use a drone, multiclassing is -really- going to hurt it. Stay in Mechanic levels and you'll make sure it can hit. If you're pressed for mobility, there are plenty of options with equipment.
I am also a fan of the stealth drone. Especially with the camera mod. It gives you a valuable scout and it also lets you control it from the safety of cover well out of the enemy's line of fire.

Another thing looking at this - Int of 18 seems really high. Engineers don't really have abilities that use your Key Stat as a saving throw, and very few abilities scale with Int (the shielding line does, but that's 1hp difference on a shield that's also adding 1-2x your mechanic level as well)
You also lose a point off two common and important Skills which depending on how you weigh it could make it not worth vs taking another point in To Hit. Also lose resolve but can always take a feat to get that back.
I am making a melee mechanic and I'm going back and forth on dropping Int down to 14 to get more combat ability. Wondering what others think about how required 18 Int is on a non-caster class like Mechanic.

The bonus on Engineering and especially Computers is really important. Also, Overload, Remote Hack and Override all make use of Int. along with a handful of other things.

The Feat is an investment and not one you can make until 5th level.

You don't really need an 18, no. For this character anything less than a 16 would be silly, given that Dex is the only reasonable option to raise that's even potentially more valuable, IMO.
For a melee mechanic going Heavy Armor...a 14 is as low as you're gonna want to go on Int, but might be valid if you don't have a race with a stat-dump that helps you.
For example, an Android Melee Mechanic should probably go for something like Str 16 Dex 12, Con 10 Int 16 Wis 10 Cha 8. A Human would have to have Cha 10 and thus maybe live with Int 14.
