I'm GMing a campaign and our gunslinger seems pretty powerful. Does everything check out?

Reloads as free action with Rapid Reload + Fast Musket + Alchemical cartridges. Uses Abundant Ammunition to get unlimited Alchemical Cartridges in combat.
Also: does the double shot action of the Double-Barrel musket require rolling for each shot, or rolling once for each 2 shots (like Manyshot with bows)?

Yeah, that all looks legit. The double musket text suggests that it's a separate roll for each of the two shots it takes.
Personally, I tend to recommend against allowing double-barreled guns. They're just a little too crazy. Gunslingers don't have any problems providing solid damage with single-shot guns.

Yes, the Musket Master can reload as a free action using the abilities you stated.
Musket, Double-Barreled: This musket has two parallel barrels; each barrel can be shot independently as a separate action, or both can be fired at once as the same attack. If both barrels are fired at once, they must both target the same creature or object, and the gun becomes wildly inaccurate, taking a –4 penalty on each shot. Each barrel of a double-barreled musket uses either a bullet and a single dose of black powder or an alchemical cartridge as ammunition.
Based on the bolded sections you make one attack with two attack rolls (weird eh?).
Sidenote: listing minimum damage is not a real metric. Listing the average is better. In this case the average is 5.5points higher per attack. That is an average of 20.5 per attack With 6 attacks that is an average of 123damage.
Also, your attack bonuses are off. They should be 8(BAB)+6(Dex)+1(Magic)+1(PBS)-2(Rapid)-4(Double shot) = 10/10/10/10/5/5

Still off Gauss,
+8(BAB)+6(DEX)+1(Magic)+1(PBS)-2(Rapid)-4(Double Shot)-3(Deadly Aim)=+7/+7/+7/+7/+2/+2
Average damage is 6.5 since it's a d12 for a double-barrel musket.
6.5(d12)+6(Dex)+6(Deadly Aim)+1(PBS)+1(Magic)=20.5 per hit.
However you also have to consider the chance of a misfire.
On the first shot you have a 20% chance. If you misfire you do no damage that round and need another round to clear it as a gunslinger.
20% chance of misfire each shot eventually means you are sitting on a 95% chance to have misfired by the last shot.
You lose a round when misfiring due to needing to clear the broken condition so that's the damage you lost to misfiring for the round (between 1~6 attacks worth) and all the damage you would have done on the next round.

He has Rapid Reload: Musket, Nefreet. Would that cover DB Musket too, or is DB Musket a seperate firearm type?
HERE is a FAQ I started to answer the question for sure, but the general consensus is that since Rapid Reload only applies to one type of weapon, and the Rapid Reloader class feature states Rapid Reload (Muskets), that it's just the plain old musket, and not any of the special ones.
Yes, the word "muskets" is plural, so some will continue to argue that it applies to every size, shape, and color of musket out there, but... Oh just go ahead and click on the link. More FAQ hits can only help.
