Spell Immunity and picking spells with multiple 'Spell levels'

Rules Questions

If I cast Spell Immunity can I legally select a spell that is 4th level on one spell-list while 5th on another? (I'm specifically thinking of Flamestrike, which is a 5th level spell for clerics but 4th level for Druids.)

Yes, if a Druid cast's Flamestrike you would be protected but if a Cleric casts Flamestrike you will not be protected since it is 5th level.

In this specific instance I think it will protect only against the 4th level version of the spell as Spell immunity work against 4th level or lower spells.

Greater spell immunity would work against both spells and the choice would count as a single pick.
