Campaign Setting books question

Campaign books like the City of Mangimar and the Worldwound - are these books sometimes, always or never bound with the names along the binding? I seem to remember seeing a product that was more like a folio, with too little content to make an edged binding practical but I don't remember if it was a Campaign Setting or not and I'm trying to find out before I purchase a handful...

Campaign setting books usually are bigger and have names on the spine, but not always.

The only books in the "Campaign Setting" line I can think of that don't have a binding are the Map Folios. The more folio style books are the "Player Companion" line.

Note: many of the earlier player companions were about places, so were like small campaign setting books

Cheliax, Empire of Devils was a 32 Page book with a staple-bound-spine.

And that's in the Player Companion line. ;)

None of our 32-page books have spines, and therefore none of them have anything printed on them because there's no room to print anything.

Every one of our larger books, including every one of our 64 page Campaign Setting books, has their title printed on the spine.

Yea. Maybe I misunderstood.

I thought they were asking for books about locations that were only 32 pages, and therefore staplebound.
