The Beneficial Bandolier is listed under the Belts Wondrous Items while all other bandoliers are listed under the Chest Wondrous Items. Is this correct or is the Beneficial Bandolier misplaced?

I suspect they are purposely different, so that you can equip both at once, as they do slightly different things.
Both allow you to carry plenty of ammo and guns. However, the Beneficial also allows you to reload as a swift action, while the Endless does not. I suspect this is due to the belt slot normally being used for belts of dex - so, if you want quick reloads, you can't enhance your Dex (or other physcial stats). If you just want lots of ammo on hand, you can do so, and still enhance your Dex.
