Looking into the new Quest and Campaigns Companion booklet, there is a feat called Expert Trainer, which is legal to PFS. Here is the description:
Now I am not an expert in retraining and such, but is it not legal to retrain a class after the start of a scenario above Level 1? If this makes it legal, can someone explain how retraining works in terms of this feat, because I am a bit lost on the explination.

As has been stated previously (in a thread with either this exact name, or one DARN similar), the retraining rules from Ultimate Campaign are NOT legal in Pathfinder Society, currently.
When asked about if/when anything from Ultimate Campaign will be allowed in PFS, Michael Brock has stated that anything from Ultimate Campaign that will be allowed in PFS will not be given the green light until the start of season 5, at GenCon.
When asked specifically about retraining, his response was "check back after GenCon.
So, currently there is no official word on whether or not retraining will be allowed, but due to the answers we've been given, and the fact that the Expert Trainer feat is explicitly called out, by name, as legal in PFS, I believe that it is safe to assume that retraining will, eventually, be allowed.
But, again, as of this moment it is NOT allowed, making the Expert Trainer feat useless until it is. I'm betting they only made it legal because they didn't want to change it later.
