As has been mentioned elsewhere, we did not have an Open Call for Events this year. We apologize for that oversight and hope to rectify that for next year. Currently we have some game slots that I will post below. If you are a GM that wishes to run a game for Open Registration (meaning players can sign up on a first come first serve basis once the lottery is over). Please comment below which time slot you would like.

Even if you are not on the schedule you are still free to run games at the convention. There will be room for people to set up games outside of the online scheduling or do pick up games.

I will make updates to this post as slots fill up.

Boom! Finally ready to post this!

Friday: 2pm-6pm

Knot of Thorns, featuring Path of the Wicked Iconics

Id love to be able to do this, but the problem is that if you pick a time, it could potentially conflict with whatever your lottery choices are...

Would it be possible to create an official thread for organizing times/dates/rooms ad hoc? Once I know my schedule, Id be happy to set a specific time in the 'free room' for a specific event.

Game System: Pathfinder RPG
Character Level: 1st (characters will be provided)
Number of players: up to 6
Description: BE THE BAD GUY!

The Kingdom of Talingarde is the most noble, virtuous, peaceful nation in the known world. Herein is the story of how you burned this insipid paradise to the ground.

It's only fair. They burned you first.

They condemned you for your wicked deeds. They branded you. They shipped you to the worst prison in the kingdom. In three days, you die. In three days, the do-gooders pray they'll be rid of you.

They've given you three days. The fools, that's more than you need to break out. And then, it will be their turn to face the fire.

This is Knot of Thorns, the first adventure in the Way of the Wicked AP, by Fire Mountain Games. The characters provided are from Adventure Path Iconics: Path of the Wicked by Louis Porter Jr. Design. Play the villains in Pathfinder's first evil adventure path, using characters tailored for maximum evil and style--four humans, four races from the NeoExodus: A House Divided campaign setting--ready to run. Prizes provided by Fire Mountain Games and LPJ Design.

Sunday, 9 AM to 2 PM

Title's in flux, but I'll be running another scifi mashup for Pathfinder in the tradition of You're Not From Around Here

Either Citizens from Another Planet (repeat of my last event, Paranoia / Call of Cthulhu / Pathfinder) or Nuke Them From Orbit (Inbound towards Golarion on a strange metal ship...and something's killed the crew).

Sorry not quite concrete on my plans yet...

Scarab Sages

Friday 7pm - midnightish.

The Phoenix Ontology
Game System: Shadowrun
Number of Players: Up to 6
All materials will be provided

It seems like an easy enough job. Break in to the corp saferoom, escort the hacker to an un-networked computer and get the data. Collect the creds and enjoy your wealth. No problem, smooth sailing all the way.

But in the world of a professional Shadowrunner, things are rarely what they seem, and nothing ever runs smooth.

Liberty's Edge

Saturday, 6pm+

The Shattered Lands - Doom of the Cobra King

Hi, Sara Marie. I see that the numbers above are decremented, but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail. I know you're busy, and hate to bother you, but I wanted to make sure I'm not missing something.

Thanks!

I've gotten shadowborns and paris' up and will get the rest in tomorrow.

Liberty's Edge Contributor

You are awesome, Sara Marie! Thanks!

A Pathfinder RPG variant with science fiction elements.

Hi Sara - any way to setup slots after 2pm on Sunday? Or is that full with the two official ones?

Thanks!

I believe Sunday at 2pm is the official close date of the convention, so it would be outside of the scheduling purview.

I'd hoped with the two scheduled lottery events in that time period it might be different - oh well! :) Would have been great to have open signup for post-con events, even if there wasn't rooms available.

Russ, Pat and Kassil's games are up. You should all have emails requesting any missing information.

I'm not entirely sure how long we have the rooms for on Sunday. Those two events already up on Sunday were there before I was handed the schedule for putting it up on paizo.com. I know we have things until 2pm, after that, I make no guarantees :D

We are still holding some tables in reserve specifically for games or groups who want to pre-arrange things or do on-the-fly games off the grid. However, that's something that is really up to individual GMs to arrange.

At the rate things are going, there will likely still be some open spaces by the time lottery results are announced. I'll leave this thread open for people to claim spots until June 17th or the scheduled spots run out.

Liberty's Edge

I notice my event was added as a lottery event, post-lottery-closing. Is it going to be open for people to just nab in the trading frenzy, or should it be in the open slot?

Also, thanks for posting it all up!

Yeah, the way the code for lottery events is set up means that it was automatically included in the lottery event list. At 2pm it will open up all remaining slots for lottery events and open games and they will get treated like open events where anyone can sign up.

thanks

Erik, your game was added and I have emailed you for a few more details.

I am closing this thread up. I'm in the process of getting the information to our art department for the program book and can no longer add new events.

There will still be PLENTY of space for on the fly games either arranged last minute at the con or ahead of time.

Next year we hope to have a better system in place for people who want to volunteer events.

thanks
