Not even close. For several reasons...
1) There are still Base Classes that would be nice to have...like a Rogue/Wizard type class for instance.
2) So now that we have 31 classes, countless spells, feats, archetypes, etc. Why do we want to start over again? That just and really always seemed to me like building a house and once you start on the second floor tearing it down and starting all over again.
3) And personally...as a player I only really ever have to worry about one class...and as a GM I only have to worry about a max of 6. So I just never felt this 'Rules Bloat' people talk about.
