Azander Blanche is walking along through the Caldera, hunting for Galtraxis. Suddenly the landscape ripples in front of him and changes before his eyes. Some sort of massive illusion was apparently cast over the area, and its dismissal allows him to see a huge burnt area of volcanic rock, with a colossal red dragon sitting in the still bubbling bed of lava in the center. It grins at him toothily, saying "Hello." As it speaks a green ray springs from the dragon to strike Syken.

Okay, so Azander has no buffs up as he's adventuring, since he doesn't have any such buffs at all!

The monk looks up as the dragon shimmers into sight, and he ducks as the ray blasts toward him, avoiding the presumed spell. Now, I rid the land of this plague.

Okay, lots going on now... First, as a free action Azander enters Dragon Style by virtue of his Combat Style Master feat. Next, he activates the power of the Boots of Speed, granting him haste, also as a free action. He also burns a Hero Point to gain an extra standard action this round, which he converts to a move action...

Focusing his ki, Azander suddenly disappears from the spot where he had been standing and appears before the dragon at a distance of five feet, just long enough to say, "Face your final reckoning, draconic fiend!"

After this, the monk winks in and out of existence at an alarming speed, striking the dragon from front and back with his fists and feet in a rapid flurry of blows.

Breakdown of Actions:

Free: enter Dragon Style
Free: activate boots of speed for the haste effect
Free: use Hero Point for additional standard action
Standard (converted to move): activate abundant step to teleport to a space five feet from the dragon
Swift: use another abundant step alongside the full action to flurry, as allowed by the Dimensional Dervish feat
Full-Round: flurry of blows on Galtraxis, teleporting 5+ ft. before the attacks, between each attack, and after the last attack, up to 220 ft. total, granting flanking from each square; using Stunning Fist on the first attack

Attack Routine and Rolls:

Assume that Azander teleports adjacent to Galtraxis before his first attack, to Galtraxis' opposite side before the second attack to gain flanking, and from there teleports to such a square that enables him to retain the flanking bonus. Even if Azander gets all 10 possible attacks this round, he could still teleport an average of 20 ft. and be fine.

And after the routine, Azander uses his remaining teleport to move 40 ft. away from Galtraxis, back toward his starting position. (5+30+10[8]+40=155, and he can go up to 220, so he should be fine.)

Azander blinks back into existence after landing his first few shots in the dragon, though the rest are thrown off by the sudden teleporting. You should have trained more... "Feel the wrath of the innocent, wyrm!" the monk calls, willing the latent vibrations he placed within the dragon to stop its heart. (As mentioned, this is a DC 26 Fortitude save or die.)

When time resumes, the dragon is no where to be seen. However, Azander can feel its hot breath on his face.

And here is where I realize that I never did end up buying an eye slot item that I'd looked at. Grr...

Realizing it is better to bide time than fight blindly, Azander activates his abundant step once more, instantly teleporting some 500 feet away, where he crouches down to wait for Galtraxis to show itself. Also deactivating the boots of speed for the time being, and readying an action to attack if Galtraxis comes within reach.

Azander hears the rushing of wings and a thud on the ground in front of him before another green ray appears out of thin air to lance towards him.

Touch attack (invisible): 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (17) + 27 = 44

The ray strikes Azander square in the chest. He is enveloped in a gree field.

You are under the effects of Dimensional Anchor, so no more teleporting.
