Yeah, I may be late to the party, but that just means I (and my group) can benefit from others' experiences, which I am eagerly reading about. But I've been away from what I'll term "leveled" fantasy for a bit. We've been trying other systems for a little over a year now, and they were fun, but my group is ready to get back to where we started.
So, Pathfinder (moving from D&D 3.5) and I decided to pick Kingmaker. Because I've wanted to run it since it came out.
And my first question is what resources have others used for their tabletop Kingmaker campaigns? I know the Bandit Outpost flip-mat is Oleg's. But what other flip-mats or map packs fit well? Any other props or add-ons that enhance the experience?
Thanks in advance.

You should definitly search for an Excel/Open-Doc File to track the Kingdom.
Also I can suggest the [http://paizo.com/store/byCompany/j/jonBrazerEnterprises/pathfinderRPG/bookOfTheRiverNations
]Book of River Nations[/url] (nice summary for 6 Dollar).
And you should adapt the mass combat rules to your groups style.
I also find the Kingmaker Map Folio very helpful (used the hex maps (+0,50 Cent clear-sightedness giftpaper and some folio writer) for Kingdom building).
Also keep in mind that kingmaker is a sandbox adventure path, so a lot of the stuff have to come from your players. If your players aren't into this I would recommend another AP.

I was going to build a 3-d model of the Stag Lord's fort, but model making is not one of my skills. So instead I opted to have a large print-out made on vinyl (the store had a sale on vinyl and it was the same price as paper). It came out very cool. I think I blew up the image 150% (but it's been about a year so don't quote me on that).
