Say a Level one bard takes a level in sorcerer.

Does that mean the bard learns 4 more cantrips and 2 more level 1 spells?

Can she still cast spells from the bard spell list?

How many spells a day can she use?
Is the Spell/day list split? and she can cast X bard spells/day since she's level one bard, AND Y sorcerer spells/day since she's level one sorcerer?

EDIT:In addition, if the bard/sorcerer goes back to being a bard for the rest of her advancement, will she continue to accumulate bloodline powers?

They would have the spells of a level one bard and a level on sorcerer.

So 4 lvl 0 and 2 lvl 1. She can use the level 1 spells 3 times a day split up between those 2 spells.

She also has access to her bard spells for the day, which happen to be 4 lvl 0 and 2 lvl 1.

So yes, it's split between her bard and sorcerer. Each of them has different spells and amounts of times they can cast per day. If she continued on to being just bard after that, her bloodline power power would be like that of a lvl 1 sorcerer.
