Can Hallow be cast on a ship?

Rules Questions

Hallow
Says that it can be used on a site, can a ship count as a site?

That being said,
the ability to fix a spell to it for a year, if you were fix something like: daylight, would it glow all the time if you had the trigger for all creatures?
Or would it only glow in that area for those inside the Hallow?
Additionally, if the above is true, could you fix a "daylight" spell and target "evil creatures" so that should an evil creature make it through the circle against evil, they are then affected by daylight?

Ships count as objects, but so do buildings and buildings are listed as valid targets.
While there are reasons for a GM to decide that the spell does not work on a movable structure, I think it should be allowed anyway, because the idea does not cause any trouble and is really cool. ^^

As I read it, you could make it that every evil creature that enters the ship has a daylight spell cast on it that lasts as long as it remains on board and can only be dispelled if the hallow spell is removed.

Some spells don't really work well with the target restrictions. With daylight and darkness, I'd probably just say that they were always in effect for everyone, though I suppose you could say that everyone who met the qualifications could see as if those spells were in effect. It's sometimes a bit tricky to adjudicate.

As a GM, I'd certainly allow hallow to be used on a ship. Or a flying castle. But it would have to be dedicated to the cause. Commercial guys would probably use permanent spells...

Note that a darkskull produces a mobile unhallow effect, and a custom good item could probably produce a mobile hallow effect.
