Speed of a carriage under standard conditions???

Hello Paizonians,
here comes my question: what is the average speed (mph)of a carriage drawn by two horses under normal (road) conditions? According to page 174 Core Rulebook a cart or wagon goes for 2 mph. But no sign of the carriage. I am confused.

Ultimate Combat has a vehicle section with stats for more vehicles than the Core book, starting on page 181. Per that, a Carriage has a Maximum Speed of twice the speed of the pulling creature(s).

I would link to the PRD for you, but I don't know how to do that. But it's there, too.

This looks like a gap because there is an inconsistency. UC speed is higher than CRB speed. I would suggest the UC speed is the run speed so the overland movement speed would be 1/4 the calculation presented in the UC.

Health warning: Other than quickly look up the vehicle rules, in particular Pull speed in the PRD I haven't looked into this
