This might belong in Homebrew, but I'd like to see a rogue archetype suggestion thread. There is a discussion on rogue's drawbacks and areas for improvement in the thread http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2pjp4?The-Rogue-Conundrum.
My suggestion is for a melee combat rogue archetype, getting six skill points per level and full BAB. The archetype would get a Sneak Attack Ace ability at 3rd level, allowing the rogue to designate a target once per day. The rogue would deal sneak attack damage on a successful attack against that target without the need for flanking or the target being denied Dex. It would not allow a rogue to deal SA damage against anything immune to SA damage.
