Capturing a tiny Fey

Advice

So in my current game my Kitsune ranger wants to capture one of the sprites we have been sent to find/kill. Her main reasoning is because she wants to eat it later thinking magic creatures like that probably taste pretty good. I am thinking she may change her mind and try to keep it is some kind of pet later.

Anyway, my idea was to get a pet cage made with cold iron bars. Is this the best way to capture one and also would it being in a cold iron cage in any way keep it from just blasting me with it's color spray right through the bars?

Also if I do capture it in a grapple what kind of actions and rolls would be involved in getting it into the cage?

I'd say you'd have to pin the fey in a grapple, and then use the reposition action to get it into the cage. Easier if you have a helper to bring the readied cage to you once you've got the pin.

EDIT: Pathfinder #36 had a "Necklace of Lovelies" that was a number of tiny fey in cold iron cages on a necklace Archives of Nethys entry
