At Dr office now, we'll let everyone know what happens after we're done being poked and prodded.
Well it's nothing horrific like strep, bronchitis, or anything like that, but it is just a really nasty cold. Henry actually sounds more wheezy than I do, but I think we're at different stages of this current illness. More antibiotics, steroids, cough syrup that I still have a whole bottle of, and an inhaler for Henry and he sent them to the wrong pharmacy.......Henry got his better insurance through Walmart so we had to switch from Kroger back to Walmart. Henry got it straightened out though.
So yeah, prescription cough syrup for the both of us, Doc is trying a different antibiotic now. Doxycycly 100 mg twice a day for the both of us, they Methylpred 4mg pak for each of us, and an inhaler for Henry since I still have mine.
*sigh* I guess I'm not meant to build up my immune system. He said the Neti pot is actually a good idea and okay for me to use but not until my ears are unclogged...something about pressure issues or something...I don't know. Whatever, it's not strep or something else just as bad so I can deal with that.
Henry is taking tomorrow off to recover further, and I was toying with the idea of taking an extra day just to get a days worth of medicine in me along with more chicken noodle soup and tea so that I have a chance to recover before going back and spreading it back around.
Alrighty, guess we're off to bed now. Medicine all taken and stuff and I guess I'll just wait and see if I'm able to go back to work tomorrow.

Well, Henry is taking one more day off....but I gotta go back to work. So, look out for my boobear and make sure he's eating with his medicine, and drinking plenty of water.
I think the steroids are bothering his stomach too.
Yeah it's a pretty common side effect. Will do. Have a good day at work.
Yeah....for people who aren't on them like every few weeks and used to them. This is the first time that Henry has had to be on this much medicine. He's never sick....this was like his third trip to the doctor in the six years or so that we've lived out here.
So when he wants to go to the doctor, you know it's pretty bad.
Oh, my idea about digging the thing out is that once I know what's going on I'll change into something huge that's really good at digging and help them do it a lot faster.
That would work right?
I'm gonna try....to have a good day that is. I took all my medicine, plus my vitamins. Had a little breakfast with a big glass of orange juice. I should be okay till my first break when I have my yogurt snack.
I just gotta get through today and then I have the weekend to recuperate.
Okay, so a huge badger then? Henry says I can be anything and badgers are good diggers, so that should help right?

Horrible isn't it? I would totally move somewhere if it put me closer to the ocean....but I WILL NOT move to another damn land locked state. No way in any hell am I gonna do that.

Heh, I resisted for years but eventually got roped in. Mainly use it for keeping up with friends and family, and venting when I need to go on the occasional political/change the world rant session.
I had my aunt find me once and that was enough.
Yeah...I'd been away from it for a long time....but, too much family in too many different places not to have it. Plus my friends in other countries.....like Japan....so....there ya have it.
I actually have family that were in Roseburg....well they are in Roseburg and have friends and family at that community college. That's why I was a little more quiet than usual. I was checking on my family out there.

I asked her if she wasn't supposed to be going to sleep.....she's gonna be tired. Five in the morning comes pretty early but even earlier for you guys since you're an hour ahead of us.
