I would like to point this out.
I am not interested in a "generic" Deities book. If I am making my own world, I will make my own Deities.That is exactly what I would want from such a book--rules and advice for creating deities. Nothing more.
Same. I don't use Golarion or its deities, but I'd buy a book with advice for putting together a pantheon of my own creation in a heartbeat.

Why? Sure you might think it's not a good idea, but why should that mean others don't get to discuss it?
Because it was part of the original Post. They can go to one of the 15+ other threads requesting Deity Stat Blocks.
Sure, but it seems like a petty limitation. Why Should you make such a limitation? Sure you can expect that people will stay on topic, generally except that topic generally do not define what people can or cannot say about said topic. Really, I don't think posters even have that right. In fact, most topics I've seen are about the fact that Deity Stat Blocks are a bad idea, not the other way around, so why not have a topic that is friendly to the idea of Deity Stat Blocks for a change?
It is more of the fact that it is one of those overly sensitive topics amongst the community as a whole.
So far though the topic hasn't been flooded with people getting upset either way or not.
