Okay, so one of the many reasons I hang out on Paizo is the Play By Post threads. Would it be possible to add a tab to the profiles page with testimonials by other players regarding the GM or players' prowess?

That sounds like a fight waiting to happen. What if someone disagrees or takes issue with the testimonial?

I can see where that would be a pain. I would suggest a series of check boxes, with only positive things. Like "Good GM", "Great Descriptions", "Posts Regularly", etc. Nothing bad or derogatory. If you don't like a guy, do what my Mom always said and don't say anything at all. But if the person is a good GM or player, it would nice to designate as such.
