With the new Merchant Family You can resell items at an additional 10% over the amount of gp you normally would get from selling off treasure.

So if you have both does that mean you get a 20% increase in gold when you sell your treasure?

Trait bonuses don't stack. So no.

Those two are not trait bonuses.

A trait bonus, is a specific type of bonus, like deflection, and it does not stack with other trait bonuses.

Neither of these traits provide a bonus listed as a trait bonus.

Now, both of them state "10% over the amount of gp you normally would get" so both are based off a static number, and as such overlap.

I hope I made my point understandable.
