I was curious if someone could suggest some good one-handed blades for a TWF'ing knight type. I thought about longsword, but the downside is that the off-hand will be too heavy.
I won't be using dex or finesse, these need to be heavy and decent looking swords. Is there any sword I might have missed that functions like a Sawtoothed Sabre, where it counts as light in off-hand?
Would it be unbalanced to use it's stats, but have it look more like a longsword?

Think it'd be somehow broken if I used the Sabre, but cosmetically/visually, it looked like say, a long sword?
That's a question for your DM.
And I will ask it when he's on. I still appriciate views and opinons from others though, I often don't consider game balance when I'm stuck on craving something visually, so I'm not sure if long sword looking sawtoothed sabers is bad or not.

Well, since your only main option would be two bladed sword and other double weapons, This representation might give you a decent enough flavor. I found this to be one of the better representations of a two-bladed sword and it might fit well with your general theme. The example gives a plausible enough detail that you almost buy their explanation. The design actually answers a question that always bugged me about two bladed swords: how do you sheath them? This design makes it look like it can be separated into two parts and stored like a normal sword.

Mechanically, I'd of course pay the proficiency feat and all that, as well as it's gp cost.

Problem is that I can't really use double weapons. Since I'm aiming for a knight like vibe, though he's a real scoundrel due to Low Templar prestige class, I loved the idea of tossing the shield away, then using an alternated Dagger of Doubling to split a sword into two, then back to one if needed.
Though I suppose maybe I can work it out to turn into a double weapon instead, something like this.
The two-weapon warrior fighter archetype gains the Improved Balance class feature at 11th level that allows you to treat a one-handed weapon in the off-hand as if it were light. You have to wait a long time to get it, though.
Alternately, you can just accept the extra -2 on attack rolls and invest in Weapon Focus, fighter Weapon Training, oil of magic weapon, etc. to improve your attack rolls. The extra penalty is, frankly, fairly easy to overcome on reaching mid to high levels (one heroism spell by an ally).

You want these:
Sabre, SawtoothedSawtoothed sabres are cruelly efficient weapons. Their curved, serrated blades can cause deep wounds.
Description: A sawtoothed sabre may be used as a Martial Weapon (in which case it functions as a longsword), but if you have the feat Exotic Weapon Proficiency (sawtoothed sabre), you treat the weapon as if it were a light weapon for the purpose of two-weapon fighting—the sabre remains classified as a one-handed melee weapon for all other purposes.

Slap those on a pole, and you have a Ripsaw Glaive.
Also, the sword I'll be using will have the ability to split into two.

Here's the thing. As BBT has shown the Saw Tooth Sabre is treated as a Longsword, unless you expend a feat that lets it be treated as a light weapon for the purpose of TWF.
In 3.5 there was a feat called Oversized Two Weapon Fighting that let you use a 1 handed weapon in your off hand as if it were light.
Two feats, two systems: same principle.
Talk to your GM about using 2 longs swords, but with the expenditure of an extra feat you treat the off hand Longsword as a light weapon for TWF purposes.
Call that feat whatever you want. EWP Sawtooth Sabre, Oversized Two Weapon Fighting, or Longsword Mastery.
If you a d the GM are on the same page it shouldn't be an issue.

I wouldn't say that. Lowering TWF penalties, allowing you to use weapons you wouldn't normally, still giving you a Weapon Training-esque class feature, and the awesome ability to use both weapons in a Standard Action.
I actually can't even think of anything it'd give up that's a big deal, though I've never really been a fan of Armor Training, anyway.

I kinda liked the archetype, tho Mobility one seemed nice too as it allows charging and attacking with both weapons. Alas, We're tryong out Multiclass Archetypes, so my warrior is a tricky rogue
