Downloading Availability

I'd like that as well. I am chomping at the bit to look at the first module of Reign of Winter. Very frustrating to get the mail today that it's available, when it then turns out to be not.

Why havent you disabled PDF purchases for the duration, i just brought two PDF's that come with the text

"Will be added to your downloads immediately upon purchase of PDF."

And i've now discovered i cant download the product i've just paid for !

Theres no warning text during the shopping process to indicate that the pdf's are down.

If it's just the personalizing process that's broken, I'd be fine with a non-personalized pdf. I just want to take a look into RoW and Animal Archive.

So someone takes the time to move this thread from Customer Service to Website feedback, but yet fails to answer our questions? Nice! :)

For what it's worth, the people who move threads are not the same people that deal with fixing the personalizer.

The personalizer server threw a rod last night and sprayed bit fluid all over the colocation facility. We spent several hours last night trying to make it happy but no dice—we're going to try swapping out some pieces today that we couldn't last night.

We have a preliminary transition plan to get a replacement server back up but it'll probably take a few hours to get everything into place if we're unable to get the main server back online.

Adding redundancy to this system has been on the todo list for some time but it's easy to get complacent when a server has hundreds of days of uptime with no problems.
