Link regarding passive alignment change(last paragraph)

What I believe are the legitimate concerns of players (myself included) in regards to the rep/align system can be reduced to two. That even a well-run and high rep LE settlement will have less useful structures than its' good aligned equivalents and that a CG char must spit in the holy water or run away with a chicken every now and again to maintain their alignment. Any word yet that they've changed the absurd notion that one becomes more lawful by logging out/doing nothing?

There was word in a 'true neutral' oriented thread that the character who doesn't want to drift higher than neutral can 'peg' it so his alignment ignores good acts that would carry him out of alignment. This was I believe froma designer but remember that anything may change if they need it to.

Can't peg it from falling, but you can keep from being too good or too lawful.

Thanks K. I also suggested self-appointed alignment drift myself at the beginning of my 'Why Rep?' thread.

I really do think I've heard LE will be just fine to run, in comparison to LG.

With that in mind I had an idea for one myself, again. Maybe rather than trying to start a whole group at once, we make an Iron Council*. We start a few groups to start with, an continue inviting the CCs and maybe settlments that might pop up later. The most powerful of them, probably limit it to 12 or so to avoid it getting crazy hard to lead, would be actual councilors, and it'd all be organized down from there.

I'd prefer a LE group myself, which would also allow for LN and NE players, and if it got to kingdom size we could even reach a few CE players living in NE towns. Of course, we could technically reach LG in a LN town, but I supposed each of those would be those tugging at the fray of our Lawful and Evil natures, respectably.

NE might also work, however.

Personally, I'd like to organize a LN-LE Hellknight group, or at least join one, and they could be, say, the iron fist law enforcement of the council.

I believe that there will be quite a few "Good" organisations and kingdoms, as well as characters, that will operate as fronts for more vile groups.

Every "good" group will do "evil" things I'm sure.
