I dont think it worked...I still have the subscription listed under "My Subscriptions" and I just got an email saying it would go out next week and my credit card would be charged. Would you look into this?

I'm not sure why it didn't stick, but I've cancelled it for sure this time. I've also requested a reversal for the authorization that was placed on the payment method for the latest order. Everything should be cancelled now.
