This probably has discussed before. What do you guys think?
Will one character have 3 or more ability trees, one for class features, one for skills and one for feats, that can be all trained simultaneously?
I highly doubt it, most probably everything is going to be considered a skill, though also worth noting skills themselves do nothing except qualify for a merit badge, and it is fully possible one trained skill could unlock the potential to get multiple merit badges etc...

No, everything you know to be skills, professions, feats, class abilities, they are all considered 'skills' in PFO, this is stated in an early dev-blog. And the abilities/actions associated with them are unlocked by earning badges. As Onishi said, you may be able to work on multiple badge requirements at a time, but you won't be able to train the skills.
The best way to look at PFO is to not use d20 mechanics or character advancement to fill in the blanks. Also ideas that make things easier, or go quicker, are also a no-go zone. The difficulty and time requirement is there to add value.
Nothing has been said to make us think otherwise, only statements against. Like with the destinies twin bonus, it was stated that you can be training a character in martial arts, while you also have a crafter chugging away(though more elegantly put).
