Stat wise dump str, max dex and wis.
Level 1 take weapon sworn cleric with a deity who has scimitar. If human, take weapon focus and weapon finesse.
Level 2 is any class that grants a first level feat :dervish dance.
Level 3-20 monk take crusaders flurry.
The rest is history. Main problem is surviving to level 3.

Wow that weapon sworn cleric is trippy. Weird 3erd party stuff. Anyway, why not just take 2 levels of weapon sworn cleric? If i read it right, you get feats like a fighter, so that's a feat at first and second, so there's your prerequisite feats for the build up to that level. And I wouldn't dump strength, you still probably want power attack, and a 13 is required for that. Even without that you'd want a 10 so you have at least some carrying capacity. As for getting past levels 1 and 2, I'm sorry to say your kinda sucking. You could have a pretty high AC with an 18 dex, a chain shirt, and a heavy shield, so you can tank pretty well, your just doing crap for damage(and to-hit at first level, your only proficient in scimitars, so no weapon finesse).

Also the sudden loss of armor. Clerics have pretty decent armor and shields, which you would not be using after level 3. I always found that a bit weird with many of the interesting builds. You have to start out doing something completely different from what you want to do. Ce la vie.
Another option would be just to get an agile weapon on something a regular monk can normally flurry. Most of them can get the weapon quality. Also, can that be applied to an amulet of mighty fists? Everything it affects could use weapon finesse.

The thing about agile is that it's usually 4-5th level before you get a +2 weapon and that's along time to wait. For the amulet of mighty fists it's not too bad, but you probably wont get it faster than the above build. That, and fists, even with scaling damage, are inferior to a scimitar and it's crit range, and then agile hurts even more for the weapon because you want keen pretty darn soon.

This build waits until 3rd level to get the feat. While a level or two might seem long, it is a wait either way.
Also, you hardly mentioned that you were going for a crit fishing build. While that might be good, I think you could perfectly adequate weapons with a different focus. For example, many monk weapons have the trip quality. Overall, I am just a bit worried about how a GM might react to this theorycraft.

Why not use crusader instead of weapon sworn? You get weapon focus and the channel energy class feature to qualify for Crusader's Flurry.
You have to play a human to start with weapon finesse, but you can use it with any light simple weapon until you get to level 2 where you just take fighter and dervish dance.
Your level 1 is improved by having probably 2 spells/day (3 if you somehow start with 20 wisdom) and the aforementioned simple weapon proficiencies to use as a stopgap until second level. Second level you're pretty much fine, doing dex to attack and damage with a scimitar. Third level you start flurrying.
And crusader is a Paizo archetype so it's valid at more tables.

Ok, here he goes. Human Sunblade of Ceranray!
Str: 13
Dex: 18 (16 +2 human)
Con: 14
Int: 10
Wis: 15
Cha: 10
Level /feat breakdown
1) Crusader (cleric) of Ceranray, weapon focus (scimitar), weapon finesse, toughness
2) Fighter, dervish dance
3) Monk (of the healing hand), crusaders flurry, dodge
4) Monk, deflect arrows, (+1 to Wis)
5) Monk, power attack
This is what I have so far, please critique and help with further feat selections. Taking sun domain bring the light of the goddess to the undead. Orisons are detect magic, light, and create water, and my first lvl spell is shield of faith.

I chose Monk of the healing hand to capitalize on the healing aspect of the goddess. He will play as a paladin, so I think it will be a great role play fit. The feat crusaders flurry was the inspiration for this build. It screamed role playing goodness at me.
Character will have a golden tabard with silver fils free and images of the sun embossed in silver. He will carry a mithril scimitar that I will cast my light spell on when combat starts, and a rosary style holy symbol with a gold and silver sun medallion.
