Where are there most likely to be black dragons in the Inner Sea region?

The closest thing to swamps that I am aware of is the River Kingdoms. Is there any place in particular where black dragons are to be found?

The can be found in some numbers in and around the Hooktoung Slough. Also around Pitax and the hills of Numeria there are a few.

According to Dragons Revisited, "...relatively few black dragons live in the Mushfens. Most dragons avoid the area and control smaller swamps along the northwestern coast of Cheliax and the northern and eastern coasts of Lake Encarthan. Numerous flooded lowlands in the various River Kingdoms also play host to black dragons".
