1 person marked this as a favorite.

I am honestly surprised we have not seen more people at the $100 level. I figured people would be dying to get in to the early enrollment. I know I am going to love being one of the first people in to the game wear I can really make my mark on the game.

Remember to multiply the $175 and $500 levels for the true number.

I have been fielding this issue with my RL friends and my guild-mates. The biggest problem i am having is that they don't seem to understand that the $35-$75 level is the official launch and that it is a year after the $100+ levels are already in the game. The also think that OE is another phase of beta, the EE is the early beta and Alpha is just for the crazy people.

they've mentioned they already have some great stretch goals planned. Can't wait to see what they are!

Well we know one stretch goal they have in mind from the Kickstarter video, that is to bring forward the beta from Summer 2014 to early 2014 and the full release from Early 2016 to Early 2015, so Beta would be around 6 months early and full release an entire year earlier.

We just took a 9,000$ hit in the wrong direction!

Perhaps someone's significant other noticed what they were up to :)

Wow I wonder what happened there.

It appears that someone who had put in a Tavern Pledge (plus a little extra) withdrew the pledge.

As far as I'm concerned Andius, I haven't seen anyone more skeptical than me but it's highly possible I missed a comment made somewhere. I'm still watching the numbers closely and while I feel better than I initially did in the first week I won't be satisfied till we hit 1,000,000 and are talking stretch goals.

Does this make me a "naysayer"? Only if you're mental because I never said anywhere that, "This WILL fail. Full stop. The End." At worst I said "can". While improbable but not impossible a comet (maybe under aboleth influence) could rocket down into Goblinworks HQ ending all our hopes and dreams in a instant.

What I wanted was "cool s$+~" and advertising. You've all seen the awesome stuff and I've read all the articles spread around the interwebs by the likes of The Escapist, Forbes, Massively, and others. Great, got what I wanted. Regardless, I'm not going to let my guard down, nor should anyone else. Even if the divine god of video games came down and said, "It will be alright." I would reply, "I don't care. I want MORE and to GET more we need to GIVE more."

That said I upped my pledge today.

If i had the 10 k to spare i would tota;y up my pledge right now to get a few of the high end pledge packages...always wanted my own tavern.
