I am working on a character, which i will be using to play Part 6 of Shattered Star (I know only the things i've read in the players guide and would like to keep it that way. Please no spoilers). The group for now consist of a cleric, a sorcerer, a ranger/student of war, one monk and myself. We will start at level 15 and rolled attributes.
I rolled Str 14, Dex 6, Con 18, Int 13, Wis 13, Cha 16. With these attributes I decided to play an oracle. Given the adventures paths placement in Varisia, I would like to play a human (shoanti) with heart of the wilderness and focused study for skill focus at 1st, 8th and 16th level.
Right now i deliberate between two different mysteries: Lore or Nature. In general i don't see my character in the enemies face, but rather standing a few steps back, buffing the group and summoning monsters as allies.
Lore gives me Sidestep Secret (Cha for AC and reflex instead of dex), yet Nature would give Nature's Whisper (Cha für AC and CMD). I lean towards Nature, because i think it can gives my character flavor with mysteries like Natural Divination and Bounded Mount. Would this be viable?
I would like to focus on summoning, so i consider the feats "Spell Focus (Conjuration)" - Augment Summoning - Superior Summoning. My question: Is Superior Summoning worth it or is it better just to summon one strong ally instead a several monster one level below?
My next question is with regard to "Eldritch Heritage"? Is it worth getting a familiar for me? Can I have a familiar, when i have an animal companion by choosing Bounded Mount?
My final questions are with regard to metamagic feats: Given my abilities scores I don't see myself casting against an enemy much. Should I get extend spell, persistent spell and quicken spell? (i can't buy the metamagic rod for quicken, even the lesser one, because i can only spend up to 20.000 gold on one item).
I'd appreciate some advice. I would like to apologize for any spelling and grammatical errors. Unfortunately, English is not my native tongue and my knowledge is therefore limited.

There is no changing stat like 18 to cha instead of con?
Well play a caster oracle - nature is fine - you get a mount that will do the fighting for you instead.
(asimars and elves get better mounts, thanks to their favored bonus - if humans isn't locked in stone.
extend yes, quicken yes - persist isn't as good as in 3.5 so no.
Spell Focus (Conjuration)" - Augment Summoning - Superior Summoning - that's fine - just sit on your mount and buff/summon things - tage a 2 lvl dip into mammoth rider if your GM doesn't let you pick other mounts than camel ot horse - or be a ½orc with the beast rider feat - you don't wanna be stuck with "just a horse"
Extra revalation - god feat for most - not the nature oracle...
Duel cursed - lame +?
Feat noble scion - your dex is crappy - this will help - but then you have to rewrite the " human (shoanti) with heart of the wilderness" part.

If your not completely set on the whole human race thing, an Aasimar Nature Oracle is extremely good. This is a great choice if you want a mount and not spending a lot of time in doors. Instead of +1hp or skill point per lvl you can get +1/2 lvl in any revelation. That gives you a lvl 20 mount at your level plus a couple lvls of HP/skill points/other revelations. I would grab 1 lvl of mammoth rider at lvl 10 to expand your mount selection and make your mount huge. Now your a lvl 14 oracle / 1 mammoth rider, you still have access to lvl 7 spells but your animal companion is very very strong for your lvl. In fact, this combo probably brings the animal companion up to the performance lvl of another player character.

@Rynjin: I can't switch abilities scores. Our DM decided to let us roll each score individual, thats why i have Dex 6.
@Bigtuna: Noble Scion sounds very good. I have to take to my DM about my possible background in i.e. Magnimar.
For races: I could be an half-orc for beast-rider (i am not sure, they are part of any noble family) or an elf. I fear Aasimar is out of the question, since my DM is pretty picky about races with a home in Varisia. But i will talk to him about it.
@Lab_Rat: I will look at the mammoth rider.

Thanks for the idea to go Elf with Ancient Lorekeeper as the archetype. I just wrote my DM to see, if we could work out a background for my character while still using the Noble Scion feat.
I looked up Mammoth rider. It has huge advantages with the mount, but the size could be a problem in the dungeons. I am going to sleep on it.
One question no one has addressed yet. Is getting a familiar through the feat Eldritch Heritage worth it or should I rather focus an other things, since I will probably needing the feats for summoning and metamagic.

Share Spells (Ex)
The druid may cast a spell with a target of “You” on her animal companion (as a touch range spell) instead of on herself. A druid may cast spells on her animal companion even if the spells normally do not affect creatures of the companion's type (animal). Spells cast in this way must come from a class that grants an animal companion. This ability does not allow the animal to share abilities that are not spells, even if they function like spells.
Reduce Person - you'll have to select if with the lorekeeper - AND is only 1 min/lvl. And a dispel could place your mount between a rock and a hard place - or just between a wall and an other wall...
- better extend it to be on the safe side.
And start by casting Divination - will I meet a lot of small dungeons in my close future...

Note that you can not quicken full round casting spells, which means most summons.
