For example: (The Evoking Day Boon is currently active (until Dec 3).)
Can we:
1) go to a local game day, and hand the Boon to the judge running a game and ask him to sign it, then assign it to:
1a) the PC we are currently running in this event.
1b) a PC NOT being run today.
2) Judge an event at a local game day and
2a) Sign the Boon ourselves, assigning it to one of our PCs?
2b) Sign copies of the Boon for all the players at my table to use as #1 above.
3) Go to a local event and (being unable to play) had the Boon to the Coordinator and ask him (NICELY!) to please sign it so that I can assign it to one of my PCs.
4) Do one or more of the above for all my PCs (assign one copy of the Boon to all my PCs), like I would for Pathfinder Tales Chronicles.
Thank you for your replies!

These questions are also answered in the Evoking Day thread itself.
Maybe it would help if you linked to the correct FAQ, or, even better, to the section that is relevant:
Can a character be assigned more than one convention boon, holiday boon, or other special Chronicle sheet or boon? For holiday boons, a player may only receive one copy of the boon but may assign it to any one of his characters during the dates specified on the boon.

How can I find out for sure?

Find out what for sure?

Whether or not it would help if I linked to a sub page in the FAQ section.

I suppose you could ask.

But that's the frustrating part! I didn't ask, I just want to know the answer.
Well, if you want the answer to the OP's question, I posted both a link direct to the FAQ entry that answers it, and a copy of the answer in my post.
If, instead, you are obliquely asking if you should include direct links to the relevant section of an FAQ, when you post a link to an FAQ as an answer, the answer will, almost certainly, be yes.
Unfortunately, for some reason, you post your questions way too brusquely, making it hard to understand, since your context implied may not be the context we infer.
